Why we exist

Africa lacks neither projects, nor talent, nor potential investors. What is missing is the mechanism that brings them together: information is scattered, files are not in the expected format, administrative procedures wear people down, and once the money is disbursed, nobody follows anything.

IGA exists to fill exactly that gap.

The group

Aquet Inc. (Canada) is the parent company: it holds the brand, the platform, the investor relationship and compliance with Canadian and European regimes.

Aquet SARL U (Lomé, Togo) is the field operator: it reviews files, verifies documents against the trade register, supports project owners through administrations and collects monitoring reports.

Governance

A publication committee of three members rules twice a month on whether listings are published, by written and reasoned decision. No file is published by one person alone.

An advisory board brings together, twice a year, figures from finance, business law and the agricultural sector.
